• Third-Party Licensors: Land registry data, spatial feeds, and school display integration assets provided through partners such as Teranet remain subject to the proprietary rights of their respective owners.

3. Use of Site & Proactive Prototyping Engagement

Information presented regarding our data-agnostic engine, stand-in datasets, entity resolution models, and rapid prototyping workflows does not constitute a binding contract or formal service level agreement until executed under a separate enterprise agreement.

4. Enterprise Deliverables & Non-Disclosure

All formal engagements, custom data feeds, query traceability validation, and software deployments delivered to enterprise clients in real estate, lending, insurance, and wealth management are governed by dedicated Master Services Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Website content does not alter or supersede executed client contracts.
